Description
This wine has a balanced aroma of blackberry and earthy notes. The palate is smooth and silky, with layers of varietal fruit revealing themselves one after another, complimented by traditional cassis characters. Food pairings include leaner proteins such as duck confit and pork leg roast. Also pairs well with baked portobello mushrooms and creme brulee for dessert.
